About Elola
Our Story
Elola LLC was founded in 2004 in Goris, Syunik, Armenia. Starting from milk processing activities that began in 2003, we have grown into a modern cheese production facility supplying retailers and restaurants across Armenia and beyond. Our products are made exclusively from pasteurized cow's milk, following traditional Armenian recipes combined with modern quality standards.
Quality & Certification
Our laboratory conducts daily quality checks at every stage — from raw milk intake to final packaging. We operate under HACCP principles and are continuously working toward full ISO 22000 certification.
Our Team
Over 40 local employees, many from Goris and surrounding villages, form the backbone of Elola. We invest in training and fair wages as part of our commitment to the Syunik community.
