We are excited to introduce our newest product — Fresh Mozzarella, made from 100% pasteurized cow's milk following the classic Italian method. Soft, mild, and incredibly versatile, our Mozzarella is perfect for salads, pizza, and fresh dishes. It pairs beautifully with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Every autumn, the highlands of Syunik come alive with the harvest season, and our partner farms are no exception. This year's milk yield has been exceptional — a result of the lush summer pastures and the dedicated care of our farming families. Elola works directly with over 20 small family farms in the Goris and Tatev valleys. These farmers have been supplying us with fresh mountain milk for years, and their commitment to quality is what makes our products special. We recently visited several of our partner farms to check in on the season and capture some moments of this beautiful region. We are proud to announce that Elola participated in the annual Yerevan Food Expo 2025, one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in the South Caucasus region. Our team presented our full lineup of dairy products, including our new smoked cheese series and the beloved Madzoon yogurt. Visitors had the opportunity to taste our products and meet the people behind the brand. The event was a great success — we connected with new partners, received wonderful feedback from customers, and were honored with a certificate of excellence for our traditional cheese varieties.
