Every autumn, the highlands of Syunik come alive with the harvest season, and our partner farms are no exception. This year's milk yield has been exceptional — a result of the lush summer pastures and the dedicated care of our farming families. Elola works directly with over 20 small family farms in the Goris and Tatev valleys. These farmers have been supplying us with fresh mountain milk for years, and their commitment to quality is what makes our products special. We recently visited several of our partner farms to check in on the season and capture some moments of this beautiful region.
